A grand jury has returned indictments in a Letcher County murder case.
The family of the victim, Drad Fleming, waited in the Letcher County Circuit Courtroom to hear the decision on Thursday.
James Maggard has been indicted on a murder charge and his girlfriend, Drad Fleming's wife, Stephanie Fleming, is charged with complicity to commit murder.
"The court has to set an arraignment date. i would expect that would be within the next month approximately," said Letcher County Commonwealth's Attorney Edison Banks.
Fleming was found in his burned truck last month. Officials said the death penalty has not been ruled out as an option for both suspects.
