WHITESBURG, Ky. (WYMT) - The third suspect in a Letcher County murder case is expected to be arraigned later this year.
Court officials say that Austin Ison is expected to enter a plea on September 12th.
He allegedly conspired with James Maggard and Stephanie Fleming to murder a man thought to be Drad Fleming back in June.
Maggard and Stephanie Fleming were indicted by a grand jury earlier this month and are expected to be in court in January.
