WHITESBURG, Ky. (WYMT) - The trial of a Letcher County man facing sexual abuse charges will be rescheduled.
Roy Bentley was set to go on trial Monday but it was postponed.
Investigators say he allegedly sexually abused a child 12 years old or younger.
He faces 12 counts of 1st degree sex abuse.
A new trial date has not yet been set.
