WHITESBURG, Ky. (WYMT) - Two people charged in a Letcher County murder case pleaded not guilty in circuit court.
Stephanie Fleming and James Maggard were indicted last month.
Fleming was indicted on a complicity to commit murder charge and Maggard on a murder charge.
Prosecutors say they are responsible for killing drad fleming and setting his truck on fire in June.
Fleming and Maggard will be back in court on January 11th.
