A Whitesburg woman is indicted on second degree manslaughter charges after a crash late last year.
The Mountain Eagle reports that Shelia Renae Collins was indicted and arrested five months after a crash in Colson.
The toxicology reports shows Collins was under the influence when she lost control of her car and went over an embankment and ruptured a natural gas line.
The passenger in the car was pronounced dead at the scene.
Collins is in jail on a $10,000 cash bond.
