LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - New renderings for the proposed CentrePointe project, in downtown Lexington, were released Wednesday night.
According to Business Lexington, the renderings include some aesthetic changes to the proposed apartment building for the block.
The Courthouse Area Design Review Board approved the plans in August, but recommended those changes.
The latest plans call for a 19 story hotel, a ten story office building, and a seven story apartment building.
There's also space for a restaurant and stores.
The board will review the final plans next Wednesday.
Developer Dudley Webb says construction is expected to begin later this month.
