Employees stop man who robbed pharmacy

Fast-acting employees helped police catch a man wanted for robbing a pharmacy.

Lexington Police say the man gave the pharmacist at the CVS on Southland Drive a note demanding oxy and drugs.

The pharmacist threw the drugs at the robber.

He grabbed some and ran off.

Employees then tackled him and held him down until police arrived.

The suspect has been identified as James Edward Collins, 44.
