Mayor Jim Newberry has declared a snow emergency for Lexington.
The emergency is stage one, meaning that people who are parking on priority roads will have to move their vehicles.
The affected roads are marked with street signs saying "Snow Emergency Route."
Drivers have until 10:00 p.m. Monday to move their vehicles. If vehicles are not moved by then, they may be towed.
The snow emergency remains in effect until otherwise stated by the Mayor.
Road crews will continue salting Lexington roads through the night.
