A hearing scheduled Thursday morning for a former Kentucky lawmaker charged with murder had to be delayed.
Steve Nunn was scheduled to be in court for the hearing, which would have involved evidence in the case against him.
But one of Nunn's attorneys had car trouble and couldn't make it to court. So the hearing was delayed for that reason.
Police say Nunn shot and killed his ex-fiancee, Amanda Ross, outside her Lexington town home last September.
Nunn has pleaded not guilty to the charge.
