Police say a drunk driver led them on a chase early Tuesday.
Lexington Police pulled the driver over on Versailles Road, near Terrace View Drive.
That is when the driver got out of the car and ran.
Police chased him into a nearby apartment complex.
Steven Alan Potter, 43, was arrested and charged with DUI, resisting arrest, reckless driving and other charges.
Police also arrested the car's passenger. Police say he was smoking marijuana.
