A group of residents from a downtown Lexington neighborhood, met Saturday afternoon, in hopes of catching a 'Peeping Tom.'
The man has been spotted numerous times, looking into homes in the Second Street area.
At the meeting, neighbors talked to police and set up a phone and texting tree, to keep each other informed about Peeping Tom sightings.
They also plan to start a neighborhood watch program.
Residents hope keeping one another informed will help them catch the 'Peeper.'
