Some smart phone users are about to have City Hall in the palm of their hands.
Now, anyone with an iPhone can have a direct line to city officials to report everything from potholes, broken streetlights and illegal activity.
The city's new Lexington 311 application is available through Apple's App Store for 99 cents.
For now, the app is only available to iPhone users. Mayor Newberry says if it is successful, the city may expand it to other devices.
