A former Lexington radio DJ, who admitted having child porn, will spend the next five years in prison.
Roy "Dusty Dan" Baldridge was sentenced Friday afternoon, two months after pleading guilty to two counts of possessing matter portraying the sexual performance of a minor.
A judge sentenced Baldridge to five years in prison on each count, but the sentences will run concurrently.
Baldridge will also have to register as a sex offender.
Two other counts Baldridge previously faced were dropped.
Today in court, Baldrige apologized for his actions, but said it turned his life around.
"For me it was the best thing that ever happened. It was something that I call out to God for and be careful what you ask for. He answers in interesteing ways. I was in a situation where I needed help and so this has led to it", says Roy Baldridge.
