Lexington police were called to the scene of shooting early Friday morning on Georgetown Street.
Police found a man who had been shot in the lower extremities in the parking lot of a store. He was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Minutes later, Police received a call from a man saying he was the shooter and telling them where he was. They went to Merino Street and arrested Marquis Faulkner. They also recovered a gun.
