A home catches fire for the second time in just 6 weeks.
The fire happened around 11:30 a.m. Monday on East Third Street in downtown Lexington.
A man in a wheelchair lives inside the home and managed to get out on his own.
Someone passing by found him on the street and got neighbors to call for help.
The victim was taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation.
Firefighters say the fire started in a room in the middle of the house.
They were able to put the flames out quickly.
Investigators say they're still trying to figure out what caused this a fire and the one from six weeks ago.
