UK issues crime bulletin

A man says he was robbed near the University of Kentucky Hospital.

The victim told police he was sitting along the sidewalk at around 9:45 p.m. Wednesday, near a parking lot on Leader Avenue, when two men approached and pulled a knife on him.

They got away with his cell phone.

Police usd dogs and tracked the robbers' scents to Winnie Street, but the robbers couldn't be tracked down.

The crooks are believed to be younger than 18 years old.

UK Police are warning you to always be aware of your surroundings and never to travel alone after dark.
