Arrest made in year-old Craigslist robbery

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Lexington Police have made an arrest in a violent robbery, more than a year after it happened.

Police say Kenneth Neal, 43, shot a man in the parking lot of Bryan Station High School last may.

According to his arrest citation, the victim told police he met Neal to discuss buying a car that was posted on Craigslist.

The two men went for a test drive and when Neal pulled out a gun and demanded money, the victim says he tried to jump from the moving car.

Police say a bullet went through 58-year-old Richard Wolford's left leg and into his right leg, but his injuries were not life-threatening.
