Blue Grass Airport provides tips on flying to New Orleans

Many UK fans bound for the Final Four will take off Friday. Blue Grass Airport has already made a few changes in the terminal to better accommodate the crowds.

Airport agents have five charter flights taking off Friday, and 1,000 more passengers than normal.

"Definitely pack your patience and make sure that you leave enough time to get through security and get to your gate with enough time to spare," says Blue Grass Airport Marketing Specialist Louise Bowden. Bowden is asking passengers to arrive at least two hours before their scheduled flight. If they're on a charter plane, there's a specific lot to park in, the blue lot.

If you want to watch the Cats return you have to go to the other side of the airport, and use the second entrance.

"There will be directional signage and public safety officers to direct traffic," explains Bowden.
