Our cameras were at the Sunset Motel on Georgetown Road in Lexington early Tuesday as police arrested the suspect.

We found at least two bullet holes in the suspect's minivan.

Kentucky State Police tracked the suspect's cell phone and tipped off Lexington Police, which assisted in the arrest.

Lexington Police tell us the suspect, his wife and a small child were staying at the motel.

It's not known if the suspect's wife will face any charges.

The suspect, whose name 27 NEWSFIRST is not releasing because police haven't confirmed it to us, is in jail in Bourbon County on charges of theft by deception out of Harrison County and non-payment of fines out of Bourbon County.
