LEXINGTON, Ky (WKYT) - A man charged with abusing a child will be in court today.
According to the arrest citation, Frank Richard Adams III was arrested at a law office on High Street on Wednesday.
It stemmed from an alleged incident back in June.
Police say he caused cruel torture and punishment to a three year old girl in his care.
