Some people living in a Lexington neighborhood may find out Thursday if their fight with grocery giant Kroger will continue.
The Urban County Council's planning commission may consider Thursday afternoon whether the store on Chinoe Road can install gas pumps.
Some folks living in the area are unhappy about the idea.
They say they don't want the extra traffic in their neighborhood.
