LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) -- Lexington firefighters had to work a fire that broke out inside a dentist's office Wednesday night.
The fire caused some damage to William Shores, Junior Family Dentistry on Custer Drive.
Firefighters tell us someone passing by saw smoke coming from the building and called for help.
Firefighters say it didn't take long to get the fire under control.
"There's not a lot of fire damage, but there's smoke damage throughout. Smoke damage everywhere," said Battalion Chief Andrew Areaux.
We're told the office was closed at the time of the fire.
Firefighters aren't sure what caused it.
We haven't heard if the fire will affect any appointments at the dentist's office.
