Former company director indicted on forgery, fraud charges

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A grand jury has indicted the former director of a company serving people with disabilities on forgery and fraud charges.

The State Attorney General's Office says Cheron Miller got a fake diploma and lied about her credentials on forms submitted to the state while working for Support Source, Inc.

She is charged with four counts of forgery and one count of defrauding the Kentucky Medicaid Program.
