You're next security screening at Blue Grass Airport could be a little different.
Airport officials tell NEWSFIRST the airport will receive full body scanners in the next few weeks.
The Transportation Security Administration says Blue Grass Airport will get millimeter wave scanners. The scanners use electromagnetic and radio waves to scan you. They're the same ones used in the airport in Indianapolis.
Other full body scanners use low level x-ray technology to scan you.
The TSA says passengers will not notice the difference.
