More than 400 people submitted their big idea, and Lexington leaders chose one.
The city just revealed their entry for Mayor Bloomberg's nationwide competition. The idea they hope wins is centered around a website, CitizenLEX.org.
The site would allow people to submit ideas for improving the city, and connect with volunteers and nonprofits. If Lexington wins Mayor Bloomberg's challenge, they will receive $5,000,000 to get it started.
