Eric Trigg, 18, of Lexington, has been indicted after the July 2013 shooting of his half-brother, Ezavion Lindsey.
Trigg is indicted by a Fayette County grand jury on manslaughter charges. The charges are an upgrade. He was previously charged with reckless homicide.
We're told Trigg will be arraigned on the manslaughter charge on September 27 at 1 p.m. in Fayette County Circuit Court.
The shooting happened on Cashel Court on July 28th around 6:30 p.m. Police say Lindsey suffered a gunshot wound to the chest and later died at the hospital.
