A man has been indicted in a crash that killed a pedestrian in 2011.
A Fayette County grand jury indicted Patrick M. O'Brien on a charge of reckless homicide for the October 2011 wreck that killed Brian Seyer.
As WKYT reported at the time of the accident, police say Seyer had the right of way when he tried crossing East High at Woodland Avenue in Lexington.
Seyer died around two weeks later.
According to the indictment, O'Brien was under the influence at the time of the accident.
It's unclear whether O'Brien has been arrested.
