Lexington Police made an arrest in a murder from earlier this year.
Police charged 37-year old Gregory Seldon with murder. Police say he murdered Dennis Kelly back in May.
A neighbor found Kelly's body inside a duplex on Centre Parkway. At the time, the Fayette County coroner says Kelly was brutally beaten to death.
When police charged Seldon on Wednesday, he was already in custody for an unrelated crime. He's being held for murder and robbery.
