LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A Fayette County judge has ruled a former Kentucky lawmaker who admitted killing his former fiancee can look over some of the evidence in the case.
Circuit Judge Pamela Goodwine said she couldn't find a reason to stop Steve Nunn from looking at six sealed boxes of evidence.
Court documents said that evidence includes pictures of the victim, Amanda Ross, along with letters and autopsy pictures.
According to the Lexington Herald-Leader, The Fayette commonwealth's attorney's office filed a motion on Friday to ask Judge Goodwine to block Nunn from having access to some of the evidence including the pictures of the victim.
Nunn is scheduled to be in court May 31 to pick up the evidence.
