The widow of a Lexington Police Officer killed in the line of duty has settled her lawsuit against her husband's convicted killer.
Bryan Durman's widow filed a lawsuit against Glenn Doneghy in 2010.
He was convicted of second-degree manslaughter in the hit and run crash that killed Officer Durman.
The Lexington Herald-Leader reports Brandy Durman sued for loss of love, affection and companionship of a husband and father.
Brandy Durman confirms for 27 NEWSFIRST that an agreement was reached, but she can not disclose the amount of the settlement.
