Drivers traveling through the I-75/I-64 southern split in Lexington may run into some delays this weekend.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet will close two ramps for some concrete pavement repair work.
The ramp from I-64 westbound to I-75 southbound will close at 7 Friday night, and will not reopen until 5 Monday morning.
The ramp from I-75 northbound to I-64 eastbound will close at 7 Friday night, and will not reopen until 3 Monday afternoon.
Transportation officials say a signed detour will be in place. They're asking drivers to use Exit 113 (the Paris Pike exit) as an alternate route while the ramp closures are in place.
The work schedule could change based on weather conditions or emergencies.
