Lexington Police are looking for three young, men responsible for an armed robbery and an attempted robbery.
Police told WKYT that the robbers showed a man a pistol as he was exiting a breezeway at the Cardinal Crossing Apartments on Village Drive just before 6:30 a.m. Wednesday.
They stole cash from him.
Investigators believe the robbers then went around a corner and tried robbing a second victim.
That person told the robbers he had no money.
That is when the robbers ran away.
The robbers were described as being in their early 20's.
