A two-car crash tied up traffic on New Circle Road. It happened on the inner-loop near Winchester Road.
Investigators think one car began to hydroplane on the wet road and slid into the path of an on-coming car.
Two people were taken to the hospital. Their injuries are considered non-life threatening.
Police had to re-route traffic around the outer look of New Circle at Winchester Road. Police have since cleared the road.
