Former UK First Lady Gloria Singletary has died.
Current UK President Eli Capilouto announced Singletary's death Friday afternoon.
She was the wife of Doctor Otis Singletary, UK's eighth president.
Capilouto said the couple helped create and define UK as a modern, public research university.
