LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Xerox is hiring more than 75 new full-time customer care employees to support kynect, the state's health benefit exchange.
According to Xerox, the kynect contact center received approximately 195,000 calls in December 2013, up from 85,610 in November. Because of the call increase, Xerox has decided to add 77 customer care agents to their staff.
The customer care agents will offer assistance on the phone and through email to families trying to sign up for health insurance through kynect.
Hiring continues through January 29th. Xerox is looking for candidates with six months of customer center or customer service experience.
