Number of kids injured in crashes up in 2011

In 2009, one-hundred thirteen children, under five involved in collisions, were not properly restrained. The number dropped to one-hundred four last year. But this year, there's a sharp increase to one hundred twenty-nine, and the year isn't over yet.
