INEZ, Ky. (WYMT) - Prison inmates, accused of having heroin at the federal prison in Martin County last summer, are expected to be arraigned soon.
The Lexington Herald Leader reports Michael Degrasse, Rashena Church, John Rice and Kelvin Badger will be in court in the next few weeks.
They each face 20 years in prison if convicted.
