FRANKFORT, Ky. (WYMT) - The state supreme court is asking a judge to consider whether facebook tainted the jury pool in a Martin County murder case.
The case involves 28-year-old Ross Brandon Sluss.
A jury found him guilty of killing Destiny Brewer in a truck crash in June 2010.
The court wants a judge to figure out if jurors were truthful, when asked about their exposure to Brewer's, mother's facebook page.
