INEZ, Ky. (WYMT) - A Martin County grand jury indicts two former deputy clerks for allegedly abusing public trust.
Tanya Mills and Tamberlyn Hairston are also the daughters of current clerk Carol Sue Mills.
The indictment comes after the state auditor's office found more than $20,000 missing from the clerk's office.
The clerk fired her daughters after learning of the missing money.
She says Hairston may have been helping Tanya Mills with an addiction problem.
