A crash involving a tractor trailer is slowing traffic on Interstate 64 in Rowan County.
The crash happened around 3 Tuesday morning at mile marker 135 near Morehead.
Police say 38-year-old Daniel Dehaven, of Virginia, was traveling westbound when he lost control of his semi and overturned.
Police arrested Dehaven and charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol. He was lodged in the Rowan County Detention Center.
Transportation officials say the right lane of westbound I-64 is closed at the crash scene while crews clean everything up.
Officials think the lane closure will likely continue into Tuesday afternoon.
