A young boy and his family lose everything when a fire destroyed his home, in Rowan County.
The Sterling family escaped without being hurt, but their home was a total loss.
9-year-old Cody, told Newsfirst he would try to fix his bike, which was one of the few things he owned that was not destroyed.
After seeing our story on the fire, a doctor at Faith Family Practice, in West Liberty contacted us, to get in touch with the family.
The doctor's office worked with Wal-Mart, in Morehead and donated enough money for the boys to pick out a new bike each, along with up to $150 of other necessities.
The family says they have since moved into a mobile home on the same property and are working to get life back to normal.
