The heavy rain we saw late Wednesday into Thursday is causing some dangerous flooding conditions.
It looks like Rowan County is seeing some of the worst of it.
Morehead Police say high water is over U.S. 60 East east in various places.
There is also water over the road in Halderman.
Emergency workers tell us two women were rescued from their home on tunnel cut loop.
They say water was rising into the house when they called 911.
