Officers arrested a Morehead man Sunday night, accused of causing a crash that killed another man.
Police say they found 24 year old Zachary Wallace near U.S. 60 and Sunshine Lane during a routine patrol just before 9:30.
Wallace is accused of killing Michael Henderson, also from Morehead, in a car accident in April of 2011.
A grand jury indicted wallace earlier this month.
He is being held in the Rowan County detention center.
