Someone bought a Powerball ticket in Jessamine County that's now worth $1,000,000.
Kentucky Lottery officials say the ticket, sold for Wednesday night's drawing, matched all five numbers, but not the Powerball. The winner chose to play the Power Play feature, which bumped the prize up to $1,000,000.
Normally, matching all five numbers would earn $200,000.
The $1,000,000 ticket was sold at Prime Star #7 on South Main Street in Nicholasville. The store will receive $10,000 for selling the ticket.
Lottery officials say the ticket holder came forward Thursday afternoon, but asked to remain anonymous.
No one won Wednesday's Powerball jackpot, which was $25 million. Saturday's Powerball jackpot is an estimated $30 million.
