The Habitat For Humanity of Jessamine County
affiliate and ReStore are happy to announce the launch of their OPERATION ReStoreATION
OPERATION ReStoreATION is a unique program targeting the following regional real estate
professionals/companies; Realtors/Broker/Owners/Agents, Home Stagers, Senior Movers,
Estate Sales Organizations, Financial Institution/Mortgage Companies, Professional Organizers
or Real Estate Developers/Remodeling Companies. The goal of the program is to build
ReStore inventory through the donation of home goods from the real estate community, using
the donated home goods ReStore sales to build homes for very deserving Kentucky families.
Real estate professionals are aware that when a home is put on the market, many families elect
not to move certain home goods to their new residence. Unfortunately, many of these perfectly
good serviceable items end up on the curb instead of being donated to such organizations as
Habitat For Humanity.
OPERATION ReStoreATION allows regional real estate professionals the opportunity of
donating these home goods to their local Habitat For Humanity ReStore while
doing a wonderful thing for their community. All donations made through OPERATION
ReStoreATION are tax deductible. Businesses that participate in OPERATION
ReStoreATION also benefit from participation program awareness. "We’re very happy to be
launching this exciting new program to our business community and believe this kind of
partnership will make a real difference in our community.”, said Ron Bishoff, Executive Director
of the Habitat For Humanity of Jessamine County affiliate.
There are two great ways for real estate professionals to participate in the program. For more
details on the program, participation, etc., please see the following link to the OPERATION
ReStoreATION program website. http://reszel.com/operation-restoreation.aspx.
