More than a dozen dogs rescued from a central Kentucky home are now available for adoption.
Investigators found the dogs at a home on Kissing Ridge Road in Jessamine County last month.
They say many of the dogs were in bad condition, and some may have been involved in fighting at some point.
The home belongs to Marty Stevens, who now faces second degree animal cruelty charges. Robert Ellard Cuzick, who investigators say also took care of the dogs, faces second degree animal cruelty charges as well.
Workers at the Jessamine County SAVE Center say the dogs rescued, who are now up for adoption, are not aggressive.
