An entire football team will be honoring a central Kentucky teenager who died after being injured in a crash.
During Bourbon County High School's game at the school Friday night, officials say the entire team will be wearing red "8's" on their helmets in memory of Mykal Barnes.
Barnes played football for George Rogers Clark High School in Winchester, and wore number 8 for the team.
He died Monday, more than a week after police say his car crashed into a rock wall in Clark County.
Officials with the Bourbon County High School football team also say donation containers will be set up throughout the campus, and red ribbons will be sold to raise money for Barnes' family.
Friday's game begins at 7 p.m.
