A man police say tried to rob a fast food restaurant at the drive-thru has been arrested.
We are told overnight, a man drove up to the drive-thru window of the Wendy's, just off the bypass in Paris, showed a folding knife, and demanded money.
Police say he scratched an employee with the knife, before the employee shut the window of the drive-thru.
The robber didn't get any money, and drove off. The employee didn't require any medical attention.
Paris Police say they later arrested the suspect, 42-year-old Malcom Emanuel, Jr. in the parking lot of a nearby Walmart.
He's charged with robbery and being a fugitive.
