Event honors murder victim on tenth birthday

Updated: 09/02/2010 - Wesley Mullins was just six years old when he was found dead in his grandfather's Bourbon County garage in 2007. Lewis "Buck" Ballard, who was living with the grandfather, was later convicted of the murder. Today an event is being held to remember the Mullins on his birthday.
