HAZARD, Ky (WYMT) - Hazard Community and Technical College students had the opportunity to attend a career fair Tuesday.
Officials say they have been doing this career fair for a few semesters, and this year they expanded the options.
Employers were on hand to introduce students to possible career paths, and there were also employers looking to hire for seasonal work.
Plus, they added tables to help students prepare for the job search process.
"If students have resumes for jobs and they want to bring drafts in, they can have her take a look at it, and she can give them some feedback," said Deronda Mobelini who is the Director of University Center of the Mountains.
Officials say they hope this career fair gives students the opportunity to see what career options are available in this community.
